SCM ultrafine mill is the crystallization of the  advanced technology, and is the latest product that commands the world trend of flour mill.

SCM ultrafine mill is widely used in paint, paper making, pigment, rubber, plastics, packing, cosmetics, chemical products and so on. SCM series of ultra-fine grinding processing is mainly applicable to the Mohs hardness of < 9 level non flammable and explosive brittle materials, such as coal, mica, talc, graphite, quartz, fluorite, calcite, dolomite, limestone, kaolin, bentonite, barite, feldspar, bauxite, coal gangue.

The structural design of the SCM ultrafine mill absorbs many advantages of the ball mill and superfine grinding mill, and insists on the working concept of more crushing and less grinding, and tries to reduce the particle size of the grinding material. The main processing method of SCM superfine grinding mill is roll grinding + ball mill grinding technology, that is, various vertical grinding and ball mill cascade grinding process configuration.

After the material enters the pulverizer from the feed port, the crushed cement clinker is advanced into the roller mill, and the strong roller pressure crushes it from a few millimeters to a few millimeters or even finer. Series grinding process represents the latest grinding technology, single machine reflects the multi machine function, dozens of grinding roller in the ring road rotation, rolling. The material is dispersed by centrifugal force to the periphery and falls into the grinding cavity. The material is punched, rolled and grinded in the ring. A plurality of separator together, will cement product fineness one-time reach D97 less than or equal to 5 mu m.
