Share this:0A town hall on the odds faced by Oakland s African American males and innovative solutions to the crisis is expected to draw several hundred participants to the Kaiser Center Thursday evening.

The KQED American Graduate Town Hall is scheduled to include student performances,Wholesale Troy Polamalu #43 Jersey, video presentations as well as a panel of district and community experts.

The forum is in conjunction with The Chronicle s three-part series,Jamaal Charles Leaves Chiefs Game Early With Quad, which chronicled the realities for Oakland s young black men and the district s singular attempt to address them.

The Chronicle partnered with KQED to present the findings and reporter Jill Tucker will be among the panelists.

The town hall meeting,Wholesale Pittsburgh Steelers Hats, scheduled for 6:00 to 8:30 at the Kaiser Center, 300 Lakeside Drive, and is co-hosted by the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area. It is a free event.
